Actor. Born in 1960 in Malaga, Spain, educated at the School of Dramatic Art, Malaga. Well established as a leading man of the Spanish cinema, he came to international attention with his roles in Pedro Almodóvar's Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (1988) and Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down! (1990).
