Jason Patric restrained himself from beating up a couple of autograph hounds who harassed him and his girlfriend, model Christy Turlington, as they left a Beverly Hills screening of the new drama Sunday. Turlington declined to sign photos of her that were repeatedly thrust in her face by the overzealous fans. The couple were followed on foot "for several blocks" and the autograph seekers definitely tried to goad Jason into hitting them.
