Priscilla is scheduled to proceed with her $10 million defamation lawsuit against Lavern Currie Grant on September 17th in Santa Monica, for claiming in the newly published Child Bride: The Untold Story of Priscilla Beaulieu that he had sex with her before her 1967 marriage to Elvis Presley. Priscilla told the book's author that Grant had tried to force himself on her several times, but she rebuffed his advances.

I am the attorney for Currie Grant in a multi-million dollar libel case against Priscilla Presley that is set for trial on May 4, 1998 in Santa Monica (Priscilla sued Currie Grant and he filed a Cross-Complaint against her).
