Actress. Born on December 4, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York, educated at Boston University. Spirited comedic and dramatic film lead. After training in daytime serials, she debuted in film in 1984 and came to prominense with her Academy Award-winning performance as the smart, wisecracking girlfriend in My Cousin Vinny.
