  • Paramount is planning to re-release its 1978 hit movie musical, Grease, in the Spring as part of a special 20th anniversary celebration, and it's expected that the original film's co-stars, John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, will help the studio promote it. In the meantime, Newton-John who waged a successful two-year-long battle with breast cancer, is currently in discussions with Imagine Entertainment's Ron Howard and Brian Grazer to develop a half-hour sitcom in which she will star.

  • John Travolta put on his best presidential face -- which looked a lot like Bill Clinton's -- while filming Primary Colors in Manhattan. The political comedy, based on the 1995 bestseller, is due next Spring.

  • I wanted to send a message saying that I saw you on the news this evening regarding Princess Di. What a tragedy it was for everyone and that you seemed to have been deeply touched by this horrible day, as many Americans were. I was moved by your compassion and sincerity for wanting to assist the royal family in any way necessary. You are a wonderful person. Continue your success and much happiness in the future.

  • I heard that John Travolta will star in a movie with Will Smith. It will have something to do with the NBA. John will probably play a coach and Will will be a basketball player.

  • I have liked you since the movie Carrie and I fell more in love with you when I saw Grease. You are my favorite actor and I would very much appreciate a return e-mail from you.

  • Dear John, I know that I am only 19 years old but I have seen almost every movie you have ever made, with the exception of the ones you died in. And I must say that I am HOPELESSLY DEVOTED TO YOU. I really love going to see you on the big screen it keeps me STAYIN' ALIVE. I will be first in line when GREASE comes back to the theatre. I personally don't think it ever should have left. You probably didn't have any problem acting as an angel in MICHAEL because you are an angel. I don't think that you should accept any more movie roles that you die in , it is too much strain on my little heart. If the rumors are true that you might be portraying the Phantom in the Phantom of the Opera, just give me a call and I will be your Christine, Thats ALL I ASK OF YOU. I hope that you receive this letter, just wanting you to know that YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT, and WE GO TOGETHER.(You just don't know it yet)! If you would email me back, I will just be overjoyous!!!! Thank You for taking the time to read this.

  • John, You are the best actor!! I absolutely love you! I have made about 3 sites dedicated to you. You are the best! My dream is to meet you or even be in a movie with you even if I was just someone walking in the background. I used to have a whole list of favorite actors, but then I saw Phenomenon, Michael and Broken Arrow and that was it! ( I saw all of those movies around the same time.) I just want you to know that you are the absolute best actor. I totally just ignore Leonardo DiCaprio and all of the rest. You are the MAN!!!! I thank you for sending me your autograph it absolutely made my day or actually it made my life!

I'm 12 years old and will be your biggest fan till I die! I want you to know that even if your fans back away, I will always be loyal to you and will always and I repeat always love you! Many people don't want you to do Phantom of the Opera, but I beg you not to listen to them. I think maybe their mothers dropped them on their heads when they were young! I think you could do it I really do!

If you would e-mail me, John, it would make me happier than I can express!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much! I love the movie Mad City. You did soooo good in that movie, but WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DIE?!?! I'm surprised I didn't start crying, but I think it was the fact that I didn't see you die like in Phenomenon. I actually saw you die. You are #1! My hands are shaking, believe it or not.. I started out thinking I wouldn't know what to say but look at me now. I'm sitting here blabbing on and on to you! I will meet you some day but it seems so impossible but hey never say never right?

The wallpaper on my computer is you. I am making a collage of pictures of you. I'm a member of two Travolta Fan Clubs--the JBBC and Travolta Fever Fan Club! Whenever I see a poll to vote for one's favorite actor, I always vote for you! I should stop bothering you now--I know you're really busy. Thank you and tell Jett and Kelly hi for me and tell Kelly she is my favorite actress! You're forever top, number one, #1, biggest fan!

  • Hello...we are great fans of John Travolta. Recently we heard from a 'little birdie' that John Travolta is bisexual. We were wondering if someone can confirm this nasty rumor!! We truly hope that this isn't true.

  • John is the most gorgeous man alive and Kelly Preston is one very lucky lady. He is the man of my dreams because of his kindness and sincerity that most men no longer have. I would love to act with him in a movie sometime.

  • Hi John! It's weird to write to you this way . I have loved you since I was 4 years old. I have seen everyone of you movies and I just love you. You're very very talented. I wish I had that much talent. My mom makes fun of me because every time I see you on TV on an interview, I start crying. I'm an actress and I will bet you that I will meet you someday. I love acting. I love you John for your acting. Will you please give me some advice? I don't know what else to say. I'm saving what I have to say to you when I meet you. Will you also send me a picture of little Jet, he's 6, right? You're a miracle. See you soon. Hopefully, very soon.

  • Hi John! This is really weird, but I had to write something about you. I love you for who you are and what you do. You are a great writer, actor, musican, and poet in my eyes. I have seen all your movies and shows and read just about every book that has your name in it. I have posters of you too, but I am not obsessed. I would really like to have your e-mail because I have some questions to ask, if you don't mind. Hopefully I will hear from you later.

  • John, In 1996 we met you and your family at a small gas station in Johnson City, Texas. It was on St. Patrick's Day. I spoke with you and mentioned the fact that we were both from North Jersey and were meeting in Texas. You asked why we were there and I mentioned my son was living in Austin and working at Tower Records. My wife was mesmerized as she looked at you sitting in your Rolls with your patented smile. We were so taken at the time that we even failed to ask for a picture or autograph. You then called your wife who was sitting on the porch of the station with your son and you left with people who were friends of yours. After this occassion we purchased a copy of Pulp Fiction and contacted your publicist Michelle Bega in Hollywood. We were trying to see if we could send the book to her for your autograph. Michelle informed my wife, Joan, that it would be very difficult for her to receive the book and get you to sign it for us. We are asking now if there is some way that you can provide us with an address or tell us to mail it to Michelle and even if it takes several months perhaps you can find time to sign it and return it to us. We will provide a self-addressed return container with appropriate postage. Thank you very much for your consideration. We are awaiting your response. We are utilizing our daughter's computer address to send this message.

  • I have an important document to send to Mr. John Travolta. Unfortunately, I could not find an address to send him my document. I thought that maybe you could e-mail me the address, not an e-mail address. That would be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance.
